"Viewer's IP" uses the connection IP at the moment the image loads. GitHub, Discord, Telegram and similar platforms proxy and cache images through their own servers, so viewers would see the platform's IP. Use "Fixed IP" there.

The location on the card is an IP database estimate of the network's position, not a personal address. Random themes may stay the same for a while because of platform caching.
