Remote nodes test the target you enter. The service tries Globalping first and may try legacy probes when needed. The source label identifies the source used for this result.
Read the summary alongside node status
The summary includes only successful nodes with valid latency values. Unavailable nodes do not count as 0 ms in the average. A partial result cannot represent every region.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the latency from my device to the target?
No. It measures remote probes to the target. Your device may use a different network path, and your experience may differ.
If no node returns a result, is the target offline?
That cannot be concluded from this alone. Unavailable probes, timeouts, request limits or restrictions on probing the target can cause failure. The page keeps an unavailable state instead of inventing latency values.
Why do repeated tests differ?
Probe locations, network paths, congestion and target responses can change. Compare the same target, source and nodes, and distinguish new results from results labeled as previous.
